- Stick your merit into your planner.
- Visit www.mystickers.co.uk and login using your user name and password.
- Type in the code from your sticker and bank your merits (Each merit is worth 10p!)

Merit Stickers
These are awarded on a daily basis by staff throughout the Academy. Each merit has a value and a code which should be input online. Students can work towards milestones and also exchange the value of their merits for items in the shop.
Merit Letters
These are awarded on a termly basis by Leadership in the Academy. Students will receive a letter in the post as well as a merit sticker. Each merit has a value and a code which should be input online. Students can work towards milestones and also exchange the value of their merits for items in the shop.
Merit Postcards
These are awarded on a half-termly basis by Curriculum Leaders and Lead Teachers for excellence in subject, programme or college areas. Each merit postcard has a value and a code which should be input online. Students can work towards milestones and also exchange the value of their merits for items in the shop.
Merit Milestones
Merit Milestones are awarded to students who have been awarded large amounts of merits throughout their time in the Academy. Students will receive a special badge to proudly wear on their blazer as well extra merits as a reward for each milestone.
The milestones are handed out during assemblies by College Leaders.
Curriculum Leaders and Lead Teachers Merit & Letter
Value 20 Merits
Awarded by the Curriculum Leaders and Lead Teachers for an outstanding contribution. Maximum 5 per half-term.
College Leaders Merit & Letter
Value 20 Merits
Awarded by the College Leaders for an outstanding contribution.. Maximum 5 per half-term.
100% Attendance Merit & Letter
Value 10 Merits
Awarded for 100% attendance each half-term.
Subject/Programme Postcards
Value 10 Merits
Awarded by Curriculum Leaders and Lead Teachers for excellence in the subject each term. Maximum 10 per half- term.
College Postcards
Value 10 Merits
Awarded by Lead Teachers for excellence in the college each term. Maximum 10 per half-term.
College Merits
Value - 1 Merit
Awarded for effort in tutor time.
Maximum of 3 awarded per tutor, per week.
Sports Competitions
Value - 1-5 Merits
Awarded to each student for their place in each competition.
College Competitions
Value 1-5 Merits
Awarded to each student for their place in each competition.
Spartans and Mini-Spartans
Value - 1 merit
Awarded for gallantry
Independent Learning & Period 6 Merits
Value - 1 Merit
Awarded for completion of an Independent Learning activity or attendance of a Period 6 opportunity.
Literacy & Numeracy Merits
Value - 2 Merits
Awarded by staff for excellent literacy and numeracy. Maximum of 1 each per lesson.
Service Merit
Value - 3 Merits
Awarded for service around the Academy by non-teaching staff.
Programme Merits
Value - 1 Merit
Awarded for effort in each Programme. Maximum of 3 per lesson.
The Big 5 Merit
Value - 5 Merits
Awarded after achieving 5 consecutive 1 merit stickers in each college / subject / programme.
International Week
Value - Gold 3, Silver 2 and Bronze 1.
Awarded during International week and other special events
Care Merits
Value - 1 merit
Awarded for taking care around the Academy by any member of staff.
Subject Merits
Value - 1 Merit
Awarded for effort in each subject. Maximum of 3 awarded per lesson.
MTG Member of the Grange
Badge and Merit Certificate Awarded to students who have achieved 1000 merits
OTG Order of the Grange
Awarded for effort in each subject. Maximum of 3 awarded per lesson.
CTG Commander of the Grange
Badge and Merit Certificate Awarded to students who have achieved 800 merits
Diamond Award
Badge and Merit Certificate Awarded to students who have achieved 700 merits
Emerald Award
Badge and Merit Certificate Awarded to students who have achieved 600 merits
Ruby Award
Badge and Merit Certificate Awarded to students who have achieved 500 merits
Platinum Award
