Welcome Back to Tyndale

On behalf of Tyndale College I would like to welcome you all back from your summer break. I hope you all had an enjoyable break and that you got involved with lots of fun and life changing activities.

If you have had a rather dull summer holiday do not fret, there will be lots for you to get your teeth stuck into during your school time. More clubs than last year will be running, in the PE department there is Rugby, Football, Netball, Fitness Fun and Dodgeball clubs. Performing Arts is also very active with the Scrooge.com production starting auditions and guitar, drums, piano and singing lessons being ran. Along with these there is also Science club and Haridressing clubs that you can get involved in and expand your enjoyment at the Academy.

Over the summer our last group of year 11's achieved fantastic exam results which should act as a bar for you to reach and even launch yourselves over. The current year 11's are now expected to better these results so it is time to get your heads firmly down in your studies.

We are also welcoming two new members of staff to Tyndale; Mr Wishart and Miss Taylor will be working within the English department so please give them a warm welcome when you see them.

As well as staff we welcome our new intake of year 7's to the Academy and to Tyndale college.
